Chico Ball (the "Game") · Beasy App Studio · Effective date: July 5, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Chico Ball on iOS and Android. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Your account

You may play as a guest or sign in with Apple, Google, Game Center, or Google Play Games. You are responsible for activity on your account. Guest accounts are tied to your device; uninstalling the Game or losing the device may permanently lose a guest account unless you link a sign-in provider first.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to play. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Virtual items and purchases

Coins, gems, chests, spins, and other in-game items are virtual items with no real-world value. They are licensed to you, not sold, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Prices include applicable taxes where required.
Except where required by law or by the store's refund policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Rewarded videos, daily rewards, missions, chests, and spins are promotional features we may modify, limit, or discontinue at any time.
We may change the price, availability, or effect of virtual items at any time.

4. Fair play

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/automation or modified clients, attack or reverse-engineer our servers, harass other players, trade accounts, or interfere with matchmaking or the in-game economy. Entry-fee matches use in-game coins only — the Game offers no real-money gambling and no cash-out of any kind.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms (including resetting balances gained through abuse), with or without notice. You may stop using the Game at any time, and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Upon termination your license to virtual items ends with no refund, except where law requires otherwise.

6. Availability and changes

The Game is provided on an evolving, online basis: features, balancing, content, and these Terms may change, and servers may be interrupted, updated, or eventually retired. We will provide reasonable notice of a permanent shutdown where practicable.

7. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, art, design, and names, is owned by Beasy App Studio or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for private entertainment. All rights not granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEASY APP STUDIO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, VIRTUAL ITEMS, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or affects statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of habitual residence to the extent its mandatory consumer laws apply; otherwise by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
